Our objective is to build 4star hotel type apartments of 100,000 m2, considering 3 buildings of approximately 40 floors. Complex should involve 2 – 3 restaurants, ball room, outdoor pool (might be 2 pools) and SPA. Buildings must be oriented to and have major portion of the façades overlooking the sea.

HPM
is assigned to the project from the development of initial budgeting through
final completion. Working closely with the design team, the PM will manage the design
process to deliver a brand approved design within the project budget constraints
and will then lead the project through a successful completion and final brand
approval.
